About This Role
- Manage a Systems Operations team responsible for monitoring installed systems, infrastructure, and CI/CD platform stability and availability across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Own day-to-day CI/CD Platform Operations, including incident and problem management, change execution, shift scheduling, and performance improvement through metrics like MTTR and failed change reduction.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual toil, and lower operational risk within CI/CD platform tools and processes, collaborating with global and US teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of analysts or engineers.
- Experience managing CI/CD operations and infrastructure stability for tools such as Urban CodeDeploy, Github, Github Actions, Harness, JFrog Artifactory, BlackDuck, Checkmarx.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years systems engineering or related; Leadership experience: 2+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage mid to highly experienced technical teams with focus on skill development and operational excellence in CI/CD environments.
- Experienced in infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management for CI/CD tools including migrations from on-premise to SaaS and supporting Kubernetes upgrades.
- Strong operational management skills with expertise in incident and problem management processes and continuous improvement using metrics like DORA.
