About This Role
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines for ingestion into data warehouse with end-to-end ownership.
- Optimize data storage, ensure data quality, integrity, and security, collaborating with data architects, analysts, and scientists.
- Partner with Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform team to implement data and technology strategies, adopting Agile/Product environment best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on experience implementing and operating data capabilities, preferably in cloud environments.
- Expertise in Databricks, AWS services including Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, CloudFormation, GitHub workflows, and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, Scala, and proficiency with SQL and databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in data engineering or software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing scalable, real-time data ingestion pipelines in AWS cloud production environments.
- Knowledge spanning full data lifecycle including data lakehouses, master data management, data quality, analytical and AI/ML applications.
- Proven ability to lead and execute complex solutions in Agile/Product-oriented teams across global locations, especially in Lifesciences R&D domain.
