About This Role
- Lead and manage global ITAC and ITGC testing teams ensuring quality, rigor, and harmonization of SOX and non-SOX IT controls testing across Sanofi.
- Define and execute annual testing roadmap, oversee testing activities including Design, Execution, CSA campaigns, SOC report analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in testing processes leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies; act as senior SPOC bridging IC&P CoE and SOX Leads.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Audit within a Big4 firm or multinational company, with hands-on expertise in SOX IT Application Controls and IT General Controls.
- Graduated from college in Audit, IT Audit, Computer Science Engineering, or similar; Professional certifications like CISA or CIA preferred.
- Expert knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGC, ITAC, ITDs including User Access Management and Segregation of Duties controls.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), IT infrastructure layers, and implementing automation in audit/testing processes.
