About This Role
- Manage comprehensive financial operations of commercial and retail real estate portfolios including tenant invoice generation, CAM reconciliation, and budgeting.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to support portfolio performance and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with property management and other teams to optimize revenue, manage expenses, and provide financial analysis on lease transactions and capital projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive finance experience in commercial real estate property management.
- Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and strong Excel skills including financial modeling.
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in tenant billing, CAM management, and lease accounting with understanding of commercial lease structures and recovery methodologies.
- Skilled in financial planning and analysis, able to produce detailed budget and variance reports influencing stakeholder decisions.
- Able to work cross-functionally with property management, leasing, and finance teams, managing multiple properties and priorities effectively.
