About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle management of site transitions including new site operational readiness and legacy site decommissioning.
- Lead strategy and execution for First Day of Business (FDOB) and post-launch adoption including high-visibility events.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, create program frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth transition to business as usual (BAU).
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of Program or Project Management experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Facilities Operations.
- Deep understanding of building launch lifecycle from construction handover to BAU and operational mobilization.
- On-site work location required in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Work Experience Required: 10-12 years in relevant domains.

- Experienced in strategic upfront planning and building complex roadmaps with operational follow-through.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
