About This Role
- Lead engineering activities focused on design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure with emphasis on global key management solutions.
- Own and execute IT strategy and roadmap for Key Management Systems ensuring operational readiness and conformance to global standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise, direct compliance initiatives, mentor junior team members, and influence cross-functional decisions impacting engineering functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of cryptography and experience with cryptographic key management systems (manual and automated).
- Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment; project management experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence engineering projects and compliance in matrix and global environments.
- Experience with coding/scripting languages like Java and Python, and handling enterprise-wide projects related to key management.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and business impact, drive process improvement, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
