About This Role
- Lead data analytics and dashboarding initiatives to deliver actionable insights improving Markets Operations efficiency and risk management.
- Collaborate with Market Operations management and technology partners to define and prioritize analytics use cases aligned with strategic objectives.
- Proactively analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies, support hypothesis testing, and recommend improvements with measurable impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in data science or data analytics, preferably in financial services or capital markets domain.
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases for complex data querying and manipulation.
- Experience creating dashboards using BI visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative/technical field.
