About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain features in the Dapr runtime, with emphasis on durable execution such as workflows and actors, ensuring correctness under failure conditions.
- Review and approve code contributions from community and internal engineers, maintain stability of releases including patch and security updates.
- Lead the India engineering team by hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and representing Diagrid in the local engineering and open source community while remaining hands-on in engineering work.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in Go programming with demonstrable production code.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science with focus on concurrency, networking, and data consistency in distributed systems.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years Go; 2+ years Kubernetes; no explicit mention of degree or onsite requirements.

- Experienced in designing and operating distributed systems with deep understanding of failure modes and resilience design.
- Practices rigorous code review and uses AI coding tools judiciously with thorough validation before shipping code.
