About This Role
- Own the Cisco ACI network architecture component(s) including migration from traditional data center networks to Cisco ACI and integration of service appliances like Firewalls and Application Delivery Controllers.
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise critical network infrastructure covering Routing, Switching, Wireless, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Firewall technologies including Cisco Nexus 9k, Palo Alto, and Riverbed Wireless.
- Lead escalated support tickets resolution, participate in network deployment/maintenance, adhere to ITIL Change Management processes, and collaborate with project managers and account teams for successful project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing LAN/WAN infrastructures, with over 10 years on Routing, Switching, Riverbed Wireless, and Palo Alto Firewall technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco ACI network architecture and migration.
- Must have hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus 9k platforms and SD-WAN technologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

- Strong technical leadership demonstrated by ownership of network architecture components and ability to execute complex migration and integration projects.
- Able to work independently on escalations in a 24x7 support environment, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and account stakeholders.
