About This Role
- Lead research and development of advanced generative AI models for text-to-video and image-to-video tasks focused on improving content production quality and relevance.
- Own end-to-end design and deployment of scalable video generation pipelines including dataset curation, training, evaluation, and integration with 3rd-party AI vendors.
- Drive measurable improvements in user engagement and retention through AI innovations; collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and run A/B tests for validation.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of hands-on data science experience with recent focus on GenAI stack, particularly audio and video modalities.
- Proven expertise in deep learning architectures for generative AI (diffusion models, transformers, GANs).
- Proficiency in Python plus experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading applied research and building production-grade systems in generative AI related to multimedia content generation.
- Strong multidisciplinary knowledge in multimodal learning, computer vision, NLP, and ML evaluation methods aligned with video generation use cases.
- Track record of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex AI innovations into measurable product impact and improved user experience.
