About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP solutions across on-premise and cloud environments, including custom reports, enhancements, and forms.
- Build and expose OData services using CAP with CDS models and develop SAP Fiori applications with Fiori Elements and SAPUI5, integrating with S/4HANA and other systems.
- Deploy and manage applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (Cloud Foundry), ensuring secure service design and integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ABAP development experience including ABAP OO and performance tuning.
- Practical experience with OData services (ABAP Gateway/RAP or CAP) and strong hands-on with CAP (CDS modeling, service handlers, deployment).
- Solid experience with SAP Fiori development including SAPUI5 and annotation-driven UI development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging on-premise ABAP and cloud-native SAP development on SAP BTP.
- Skilled in full-stack SAP development including backend ABAP and frontend Fiori/UI5 with integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP’s modern development tools and environments like SAP Business Application Studio or VS Code with SAP extensions, plus CI/CD practices.
