About This Role
- Conduct detailed market analysis for CIS countries covering pricing, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and demand trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, sales, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards and prepare market landscape reports, legal documents, and strategy recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutics, business, economics, international relations, or life sciences.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in market research, commercial analysis, or strategy roles with exposure to CIS markets.
- Strong understanding of CIS region economic, regulatory, and commercial environment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in multinational or regional companies operating in the CIS region.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare markets within the CIS region.
- Proven ability to operate independently and collaborate across functions in multicultural environments.
