About This Role
- Ownership of trade capture, matching, and settlement of Securities, FX, and Money market instruments using Calypso platform.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions to meet settlement deadlines and SLA agreements.
- Proactively resolve trade confirmation and settlement queries, escalating exceptions and failed transactions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-9 years of Hedge/Mutual funds Middle Office Trade Support experience.
- Postgraduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, or professional qualifications such as CA/CMA/CFA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong MS Excel skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in any shift schedule.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment banking processes with above-average accounting skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven trade processing environment with solid organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders for query resolution and exception management.
