About This Role
- Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS packs, and monthly forecasts ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Support process automation and system enhancements for financial reporting tools, collaborating across functions on cost tracking and business cases.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) mandatory.
- 3+ years of professional FP&A experience required.
- Advanced Excel skills including INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, Power Query, VBA/macros; knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud is required; Power BI is a plus.
- Role is Mumbai-based with hybrid working; occasional office presence required.
