About This Role
- Lead end-to-end business analysis, solution delivery, and product ownership for Property & Casualty insurance capabilities using Duck Creek Policy, Product, Billing, and integrations.
- Drive AI-enabled workflow optimization and process simplification across underwriting, policy servicing, billing, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, engineering, testing, and operations to ensure successful production adoption and ROI realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 14–16 years of experience in business analysis, product consulting, or technology delivery in Property & Casualty insurance domain.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Duck Creek Policy, Product, and Billing modules plus experience with enterprise integrations and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Insurance, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- Work Experience Required: 14–16 years in relevant roles; Location: Hyderabad, India.

- Strategic consultant mindset using ROI, customer impact, risk, and operational metrics to influence prioritization and promote configuration over customization.
