About This Role
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis and transformation initiatives across multiple case management and workflow platform products.
- Collaborate with executives, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to define strategic roadmaps and ensure platform solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Provide leadership in process governance, requirements management, organizational change management, and mentor senior analysts on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years overall business analysis and process transformation experience.
- 5+ years hands-on experience working within case management and workflow platform ecosystems (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM).
- Experience leading large enterprise digital transformation initiatives and collaborating with executives, product owners, architects, and technical teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in multiple platform modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM) and familiarity with integrations and enterprise-scale digital transformations.
- Experienced in strategic process design with a proven ability to influence and drive consensus across complex organizations at executive and delivery levels.
- Ability to lead and mentor senior analysts in governance, continuous improvement, and change management within Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall frameworks.
