About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation of hardware engineering via automation, AI, and digital asset platforms.
- Develop and standardize engineering automation platforms supporting PCB design, embedded systems, compliance, and board development workflows.
- Manage and scale a Digital Asset Factory for reusable engineering assets and integrate engineering knowledge systems across platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 18+ years of experience in hardware/software/digital engineering, platforms, tools, automation, or related technical domains.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Work Experience Required: 18+ years in relevant engineering and leadership roles.

- Proven leader with experience driving large-scale engineering transformation and technology modernization.
- Deep expertise in AI-enabled hardware development workflows including PCB design, embedded systems, board compliance, and validation.
- Strategic thinker capable of defining technology strategies, roadmaps, and collaborating with global engineering teams to drive execution.
