About This Role
- Lead design and modernization of enterprise network architecture including campus, branch, datacenter, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Serve as technical lead for VPN strategy, network segmentation, security controls, and operational stability enhancing secure and scalable network services.
- Provide senior escalation support, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional collaboration for network operations and project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and architecture in medium to large enterprises.
- Proven technical leadership across both project delivery and BAU support models.
- Mandatory experience with routing, switching, VPN technologies, firewall policy design, network segmentation, and network security controls.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging product-oriented and support-oriented network environments balancing speed and operational rigor.
- Proficient with core networking domains including authentication technologies (802.1x, NAC, RADIUS, EAP-TLS) and network security best practices.
- Able to lead complex troubleshooting and influence technical direction while mentoring engineering teams.
