About This Role
- Build and own end-to-end features across full stack—from database models to frontend UI—focusing on APIs, microservices, and scalable SaaS software.
- Develop AI-powered product capabilities including intelligent data analysis, agent-driven workflows, and AI-assisted user experiences for government customers.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and oversee both human and AI-generated code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software development experience in an agile environment.
- Strong full stack expertise with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or similar) and backend development using NodeJS.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS software and delivering features end-to-end including APIs, database models (SQL/NoSQL), and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with AI-powered product features or AI-assisted development tools (direct ML/model training not required).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering heavily utilized enterprise SaaS products with a focus on govtech, fintech, or regulated SaaS domains.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong alignment to customer needs and outcomes.
- Proven ability to mentor others, innovate development processes, and integrate AI tools effectively within a software engineering team.
