About This Role
- Lead solution architecture design for the Finance Transformation Programme under the MI Product Owner guidance.
- Collaborate across workstreams and stakeholders to develop and validate cloud-based data platform and integration solutions for Insurance Finance and Actuarial use cases.
- Own the design of future-ready Finance data systems focusing on automation, scalability, application standardization, and unified data sources.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with Finance and insurance domain expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) or equivalent required.
- Deep technical skills in cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, including data engineering, integration, master data management, and governance.
- Experience with technology delivery project management, especially legacy system migration and DevOps CI/CD practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating Insurance Finance and Actuarial business requirements into scalable cloud data architecture solutions.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in complex transformation programmes.
- Strong background in MS Azure, Databricks technologies with knowledge of data governance and application standardization in financial services.
