About This Role
- Lead architecture, development, and delivery of scalable Generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, Knowledge Graph, and AI-enabled data solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI and data platforms including design, deployment, production reliability, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture and code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, and defining engineering and operational standards including CI/CD and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant technology experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or data engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Experience designing and delivering AI or Generative AI applications into production, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Location requirement: Must be based in or willing to work in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep, hands-on expertise with AI platforms/frameworks like Amazon Bedrock, LangChain; Knowledge Graph technologies such as Amazon Neptune or Neo4j, with ontology/schema design skills.
- Strong data engineering background with experience in AWS Glue, Redshift, Spark, Databricks, Kafka, OpenSearch, and production-grade AI solution evaluation and support.
- Proven ability to lead complex AI projects in an Agile product environment with a strong product mindset connecting AI technology decisions to business outcomes.
