About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic and Generative AI solutions using AWS-native AI services including AWS Bedrock Agents and AgentCore.
- Build, orchestrate, and optimize complex AI agent workflows with LangGraph and LangChain, focusing on RAG architectures, vector retrieval, and Text-to-SQL engines.
- Develop scalable AI data pipelines and semantic caching to enhance AI performance and integrate AI systems securely with enterprise applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG architectures, Text-to-SQL solutions, Python, PySpark, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Redshift.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, or related field.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI development.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years total with 2 years specifically in AI/GenAI development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI solutions at enterprise scale, especially using AWS AI/ML platforms.
- Strong expertise in building intelligent agent workflows and integrating AI with enterprise data platforms.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects is preferred but not mandatory.
