About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of a scalable, secure Interest Rate Risk platform.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS using modern DevOps practices, including AI-enabled workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers while ensuring regulatory compliance and engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years total technology experience, including 10+ years relevant experience.
- Expertise in AWS cloud services and architecture with experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or Java; experience with microservices, API design, data pipelines, distributed systems, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD).
- Experience designing and leading adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows with knowledge of responsible AI use in enterprise environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer with deep expertise in cloud-native financial risk platforms and analytics.
- Experience leading large engineering teams and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology.
