About This Role
- Designs and delivers secure, stable, and scalable backend software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Owns development and maintenance of high-quality production code including algorithms and system architecture for complex applications.
- Provides Level 3 developer support on a 24x7 rotation basis and drives continuous improvement through data analysis and application/system insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on expertise in Core Java (17+), Spring Framework, Kafka, Hibernate, JSON, RESTful services, Kubernetes, Oracle SQL, UNIX.
- Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, and documentation, with ability to validate AI outputs.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, CI/CD, application resiliency and security, plus agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex backend systems design and development in large corporate or financial environments.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted coding tools critically and securely within development workflows.
- Comfortable with agile team environments and responsible for ensuring secure, resilient, and compliant code delivery.
