About This Role
- Drive adoption of engineering standards and best practices across applications to ensure quality, security, and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance, create and manage POCs for new technologies, and lead AI innovation initiatives within software engineering processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and distributed application development.
- Proficiency with continuous delivery methods, automation, and agile software development practices including CI/CD, security, and resiliency.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level online applications with a focus on robust architecture and operational stability.
- Able to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code outputs with keen attention to security and performance standards.
- Comfortable collaborating with architects, engineering leadership, and cross-functional teams to influence adoption of emerging technologies and AI innovation.
