About This Role
- Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes in software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance across teams, develop secure, high-quality production code, and influence product design and application functionality.
- Serve as subject matter expert and advocate for firmwide SDLC frameworks, tools, and practices within Business Banking technology.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proven experience using and leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and practices, including secure coding, peer review, automated testing.
- Deep expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, microservices, React/Angular, Kafka/event-driven architectures, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms like Cloud Foundry/AWS with CI/CD.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana and building resilient, highly available architectures.

- Strong background in enterprise-grade, secure, scalable backend and frontend technologies with event-driven architecture knowledge.
