About This Role
- Design and deliver secure, stable, scalable technology products for Electronic Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities markets.
- Develop and maintain high-quality production code and algorithms using Java and modern programming languages, ensuring system operational stability.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team effectiveness while adhering to secure coding and automation standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment, particularly with Java and database querying languages.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to validate AI-generated outputs for performance and security.
- Practical cloud native experience and solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI-assisted tools ethically and effectively within enterprise software development respecting data sensitivity and security.
- Capable of independently solving complex design and functionality challenges with minimal oversight.
