About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, high-quality Python/Django and React software solutions with operational stability and scalability.
- Lead adoption and implementation of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
- Evaluate external vendors and internal solutions for architectural design and technical fit within existing financial systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Python, Django, React, and database technologies like Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Proven system design, application development, testing, and operational stability experience.
- Experience leading use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with knowledge of responsible AI use and secure handling of data.
- Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security), and practical cloud-native experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services IT systems with deep domain knowledge relevant to banking systems.
- Strong leadership capability to enforce software engineering best practices and AI tool adoption within teams.
- Able to evaluate technical vendor solutions and integrate them into complex enterprise environments effectively.
