About This Role
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, and Autogen.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and evaluation frameworks to enhance agent performance and safety.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and contribute to agent architecture improvements and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MTech, or MBA.
- Advanced Python programming skills including async programming and API development.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents with LangChain framework and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of AI safety principles, hallucination resolution in AI outputs, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with multiple LLM providers, agent orchestration tools, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and semantic search concepts.
