About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React JS.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures while optimizing application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in architecture discussions, perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or above), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Microservices, React JS, and Redux.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer comfortable leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers in enterprise-grade, high-volume distributed applications.
- Skilled in designing and implementing scalable microservices and responsive web interfaces with strong ownership and accountability.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD processes, DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, AWS), and collaborative stakeholder management.
