About This Role
- Lead a team of up to 10 finance professionals accountable for end-to-end Reporting & Accounting (R&A) processes including controlling, accounting, and reporting for Shell Downstream Business entities.
- Own and ensure timely, complete, and accurate submission of Group Financial Returns and Local Statutory reporting, along with planning, forecasting, and appraisal processes for the business portfolio.
- Manage reporting issues, improve reporting efficiency and financial control frameworks, support business planning, performance analysis, internal audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Accounting qualification with 10+ years of experience in financial reporting required.
- University degree in finance related discipline preferred; professional qualifications like CIMA or MBA are plus.
- Experience in dynamic or start-up like environments involving ambiguity and change management required.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years or more in relevant financial reporting roles.
