About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems for anomaly detection, forecasting, and root cause analysis in observability platform.
- Build and maintain high-performance Golang backend services and distributed fault-tolerant multi-cloud systems using Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Lead technical strategy, collaborate with SRE and Product teams, and mentor engineers in AI-powered automation and observability workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of software engineering experience including 2-4 years in AI/ML engineering with end-to-end AI system deployment experience.
- Strong proficiency in Golang or Python with willingness to learn Go; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, event-driven data pipelines (Kafka, Pub/Sub), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years in software engineering with relevant AI/ML specialization; Location: Bangalore office required for daily work.

- Deep technical expertise in distributed systems design, concurrency, and cloud-native architectures.
