About This Role
- Own the technical roadmap and lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including configuration, workflows, UI customization, reporting, and integrations.
- Drive platform innovation by evaluating, adopting, and operationalizing ServiceNow Agentic AI Suite features for automation and enhanced user experience.
- Provide 24/7 platform support in a DevOps role on rotational shifts to ensure operational continuity across global time zones.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration tools.
- Availability for rotational shift work supporting 24/7 platform operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving platform strategy and aligning technical solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Familiar with IT infrastructure concepts including CMDB, configuration management, and integration strategies involving SSO, LDAP, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware).
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
