About This Role
- Act as the primary IT partner for specific business units to identify and translate their technology needs into IT requirements and solutions.
- Manage the IT portfolio including intake, estimation, delivery, and production readiness for multiple projects and operational priorities.
- Provide leadership with portfolio updates and ensure IT solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (B.E./B.Tech).
- 7–12 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in business-facing IT, project/program management, applications, or portfolio management.
- Experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently with strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; ability to leverage AI tools for productivity improvement is expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business problems into technology requirements and managing IT portfolios end-to-end.
- Proficient in project and portfolio management including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder communication.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with global business and IT teams to deliver compliant IT solutions in a dynamic environment.
