About This Role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile teams, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, and ensure release readiness.
- Elicit and document business requirements, maintain delivery-ready backlog, and support solution validation including UAT and defect triage.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analysis roles with at least 2 years facilitating Agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and process-modelling tools.
- Preferred certifications include CSM/PSM and ECBA/CCBA/CBAP/PMI-PBA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both Scrum Master and Business Analysis functions, able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Skilled in Agile facilitation, stakeholder management, and clear articulation of testable requirements.
- Able to drive predictable sprint delivery and continuous improvement through metrics and governance.
