- Lead development and governance of investment cases and the global product roadmap for equities index business growth and resilience.
- Drive and oversee execution of new commercial growth opportunities and ensure operational delivery via agile Scrum team involvement and cross-functional coordination.

Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in strategy, business management, operations, or programme management within Trading, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Index products.

- Proficiency in financial data analysis and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years as specified.
