About This Role
- Lead Agile delivery for the IBU Consumer data engineering team across distributed time zones.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, release planning, and coordinate handoffs between onshore and offshore shifts.
- Remove blockers, track velocity, and report delivery metrics to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master.
- Must have CSM or PSM certification.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience working with data or cloud engineering teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Agile teams within data engineering or cloud technology domains.
- Capable of coordinating and driving delivery across distributed, multi-time zone teams.
- Strong operational focus on Agile process facilitation and delivery metrics tracking.
