About This Role
- Lead and manage the India Data & AI organization, including people development, talent planning, and setting performance and culture standards across multiple teams.
- Own strategic direction and portfolio governance for all India Data & AI workstreams, managing resource allocation, risk, and delivery health across AI and analytics solutions.
- Represent the India organization in global leadership forums, communicate organizational status and priorities to senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment with enterprise data, AI strategy, and governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, and/or AI fields with growing leadership scope.
- 7+ years in senior people leadership roles managing managers and senior technical leads.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing, multi-disciplinary Data & AI organizations in global enterprise environments, preferably in distributed multi-geography settings.
- Strong background in managing portfolios of concurrent delivery programs with strategic enterprise alignment, especially in B2B manufacturing or complex industrial contexts.
- Exceptional executive communication and influence skills to liaise credibly with senior US-based leadership, business partners, and board-level stakeholders.
