About This Role
- Own development and enhancement of AI-powered solutions like AskGartner and Agentic products for Gartner events and conferences.
- Build and optimize machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and recommender systems to improve attendee and exhibitor acquisition, retention, and user experience at global conferences.
- Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to develop production-grade data pipelines, micro-services, and dashboards, while establishing evaluation frameworks tied to key performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on data science experience.
- Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; Masters or PhD highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, ML/NLP/DL libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, HuggingFace), and GenAI tools/frameworks (LangGraph, Langchain, Langfuse).
- Experience with recommender systems, enterprise ML model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, big data technologies (PySpark), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in building and fine-tuning Large Language Models and AI Agents integrated with business and engineering teams.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into consumable reports or apps for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in dynamic, high-impact environments involving innovation at the intersection of AI, conferences business, and user experience.
