About This Role
- Develop enterprise-grade chatbots and intelligent assistants focused on finance data using LLM technologies like OpenAI GPT and RAG architectures.
- Design and implement Agent-to-Agent architectures for multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows along with retrieval pipelines using vector databases.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI systems with CI/CD pipelines following cloud-native and MLOps best practices on AWS.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with working on finance or enterprise datasets ensuring accuracy and governance.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru (Hybrid work setup).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and deploying LLM-powered applications with expertise in OpenAI, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Strong operational knowledge in designing scalable AI pipelines using cloud-based MLOps and CI/CD practices.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving Product, Data, and Platform groups with a focus on enterprise-grade solution delivery.
