About This Role
- Ensure smooth processing of customer orders, deliveries, invoicing, and related operational documents.
- Manage SAP customer database including order loading, invoicing, shipment documentation, accounts receivable, and returns.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling, monitor delivery performance, work with international factory sourcing based on sales forecasts, and participate in review meetings to implement improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or above degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar sales coordination role; total work experience of at least 4 years.
- Proficient in SAP for order processing, invoicing, and customer data management.
- Location: On-site in Mumbai Bhiwandi.
