About This Role
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team responsible for accurate account management, cost control, and financial data integrity.
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, audit support, and compliance with financial controls and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in finance processes, manage resources for team development, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance business efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or BCom/MBA finance/M.Com with relevant experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting with at least 5 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in MNC engineering manufacturing setups.
- Minimum 2+ years experience managing finance and accounts teams.
- Knowledge of IFRS preferred but not mandatory; strong skills in IFRS, IGAAP, SAP, and advanced Excel required.

- Experienced finance professional with leadership experience managing accounting teams and operations in multinational engineering or manufacturing organizations.
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA with demonstrable ability to drive process improvements and compliance in financial controls.
