About This Role
- Manage and oversee the full accounting function for a full-service hotel, including preparing financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations.
- Lead and supervise accounting and clerical staff, including staffing, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Implement and maintain financial controls, audit preparedness, guest billing accuracy, credit management, and participate in rate and sales strategy decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel accounting or internal audit with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Fluent English speaking skills required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in hotel accounting/internal audit with supervisory experience.
