About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and deployment of scalable, high-performance microservices and full-stack web applications using Java/Spring Boot backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
- Drive architectural decisions, enforce code quality with automated testing, CI/CD, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, resilience, and scalability while collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and platform architects.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years professional experience in full-stack software engineering delivering production-grade web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java (17+) and Spring ecosystem, including microservices and RESTful API design.
- In-depth experience with React, Redux, modern front-end tooling, and building Micro Front Ends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
