About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, resilient microservices and full-stack web applications using Java Spring Boot backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
- Drive architectural decisions, uphold coding and DevOps best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers within the team.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and architects.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+ and experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React, Redux or Context API, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling.
- Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end full-stack development with a focus on high-throughput RESTful APIs and modern reactive frontend applications using Micro Front Ends in React.
- Demonstrates technical leadership through ownership of architecture, code quality and mentorship across teams.
- Comfortable operating autonomously on complex, global-scale distributed systems with an emphasis on clean architecture and automated testing.
