About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for Guidewire ClaimCenter cloud migration projects including gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria aligned with Guidewire Cloud Platform standards.
- Support UAT, data migration validation, defect triage, and ensure migration release readiness through coordination with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter project involvement.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in ClaimCenter migration, upgrade, or cloud transformation initiatives is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance claims processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience driving business analysis specifically in Guidewire ClaimCenter migration or cloud transformation programs.
- Ability to produce comprehensive BA deliverables like BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, and traceability matrices supporting complex migration projects.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including product owners, developers, QA teams to achieve cloud migration objectives ensuring alignment with platform standards.
