About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex .NET-based digital products and vendor-managed mobile applications with full ownership of scope, quality, and production readiness.
- Own production support strategy including incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure service reliability across BTFE platforms.
