About This Role
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for global hiring demands, primarily during US hours.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to build talent pipelines for product engineering and business roles.

Minimum Requirements
- 3-8 years of recruitment experience with at least 3+ years managing full recruitment lifecycle.

- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels like Naukri, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune; Work Mode: Remote.
