About This Role
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for HR-related activities ensuring alignment to business goals.
- Analyze financial and workforce data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions across HR and Finance.
- Manage headcount and vendor reporting while improving controls and reporting processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, corporate functions, or consulting.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, expense management, or P&L analysis.
- Experience with headcount reporting, vendor management, and management information.
- Location: Bangalore, India; Working Arrangement: Hybrid; Preferred familiarity with platforms like Anaplan, Sigma, or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional with strong analytical skills who can translate complex HR and financial data into clear business insights.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and collaborating with HR, Finance, and other teams in a global or professional services environment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced settings with advanced Excel, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
