About This Role
- Lead delivery and implementation of Channels initiatives in Retail Banking, ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Track and report delivery progress using Jira; support coordination across global, multi-market environments when applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of delivery management experience.
- At least 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, specifically in Retail Banking Channels.
- Strong Jira skills required.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with notice period up to 30 days will be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in senior delivery management roles within Retail Banking Channels domain.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level.
- Familiarity with global delivery models and multi-market coordination is advantageous.
